Boroko keng is a brand that started in April 2011 but has been on most people’s tongues for quite some time.
It was officially launched on the 28th of May
Its AIM is to promote and encourage young people to keep pushing for their dreams.
The Term BK (Boroko Keng) which mean “what is to sleep” basically means stop sleeping ,relaxing and reach for your goals.
The brand is looking and working in events planning , Young local artist promotions and introduction.
By events planning we will be using some of the artists and Dj’s that BK wants to introduce to the entertainment industry
We plan on attracting and promoting youth and young adults as a start and later look at business older working target market
At the current moment we plan and do our own event and have Tshirt, Cheeky pans and sweaters for the brand.
We also looking at the clothing industry to push the brand as we have started with Tshirt and Vests when we launched the brand and recently introduced sweaters to the clothing line.
The brand was started by Katlego Fish Bafana Khambula a young local boy from Mamelodi townships in a quest to assist in hanging young people’s mindsets and by giving them a stepping stone in the right direction of their talents.
